If you’re like me, your kids probably spend more time on their tablets than you’d like. It kind of goes with the territory in today’s world, right?
That’s why I’m so excited to share with you a brand new game we discovered that makes screen time both fun and educational.
Say hello to Osmo.
Osmo is an interactive game that makes your child’s screen come to life! It takes the concept of learning through play to a whole new level. It’s one of the few toys my kids play with that I wish I had growing up. It’s seriously that impressive!
If your child has an iPad or Kindle Fire, you’re good to go. All you need to do is choose one of the many kits that Osmo offers…and there’s plenty!
As a homeschooling mom of two, I especially appreciate the educational aspect of Osmo. We love to learn through play and Osmo is exactly that. There’s nothing greater than watching my children joyfully immerse themselves in a game that’s actually teaching them something.
The newest addition to our Osmo collection is the Osmo Creative Kit. It features a lovable monster, Mo, that guides the children through three different activities- a magic show, an adventure, or Mo’s house.
My kids love helping Mo decorate his house. They get to help him design different parts of the house like the wallpaper. Each drawing magically gets sent to the screen and the their artwork comes to life. Another neat feature is that Osmo saves each activity so it can be replayed later as a video.
