I've always wanted a great dane. They're just so big & beautiful! Bailey joined our family when I was 7 months pregnant with Morgan. People thought we were nuts for wanting to get a giant breed puppy in the midst of preparing to be new parents. We found out later on that some thought we'd give him away once Morgan was born. 🙄⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

10 years later & he's still by my side. 💙🤎⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you're in the Sacramento area & looking for a new pumpkin patch to visit, check out @coolpatchpumpkins & Impossible Acres in Dixon. Both are u-pick and fun for the whole family.

Cool Patch Pumpkins is home to the Guiness Book of World Record's largest corn maze. 🌽 It can take a couple of hours to complete & there's no way I was doing that alone with these 2! We took a pic at the finish line just for fun.😅

We've incorporated Audible into our homeschool and we are loving it! We grab our books, sit together and follow along with the text. It's been fun reading with the kids and listening to the narration. Some of the audiobooks even have special effects!

So far we've read Charlotte's Web & we're almost done with James and the Giant Peach. My childhood faves!

Sometimes you just gotta think outside the box! My husband cut off the ends to get rid of the dog eared design & voilà! They turned into regular wood boards. He then torched it really quick for the burnt finish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
