All you can do is try to make things LESS stressful by being prepared.

The airport experience gives me so much anxiety! It's almost enough to make me want to rethink our travel plans. The crowds, the lines, going through customs. 😵‍💫

We prepare by:

• Arriving early- we don't want to panick if something unexpected happens.
•Prep the kids so they know what to expect.
• We keep all our documents together in a family passport holder- eliminates the stress of trying to figure out who's holding what and where.
• Download movies/games to keep kids entertained.

Most importantly, it helps to get in the right mindset to keep stress levels in check. ✔️
