Last week, I started getting asked to share what our daily routine looks like. 😬⁣

I was hesitant to share because we simply don't have one. I was seeing all these detailed homeschooling schedules popping up and that is nothing like our day. 🙅🏽‍♀️⁣
⁣
I really do understand the need for a schedule. Especially for those who are being thrown into this new way of life. But homeschooling is so much more than that.💞⁣
⁣
Aside from swim lessons and enrichment programs that the kids have chosen for themselves, (all of which have been cancelled) we don't follow any other schedule. We get up when we're ready to start the day and we play and do whatever interests us.💫⁣
⁣
The beauty of homeschooling is that it isn't school at all. It's getting time back with your children. It's spending time together as a family and having the FREEDOM to do what you want.🙏🏽⁣
⁣
We've been homeschooling our children since day one. Being with our kids all day isn't a new thing for us. What is new is being stuck inside our home all day.🥴⁣

Moms and Dads- You can do this! Let them play. Relax.Take this time to slow down and just love on each other. This is a special time in history.💖⁣
